Honesty is essential.

Most customers bring their car in for repairs and don’t have a clue what is wrong with their vehicle. They only know a warning light is on, it is not running properly, or it was damaged in a collision. It is vital that we are always honest with our customers and always tell them the truth about what is going on with their vehicle. Through honesty we are able to get referrals and loyal customers who trust us to handle all their vehicle’s maintenance and collision repairs. It pays to be honest.
